This includes working with brokers and oversight of accountants(/li((li( Analytical projects
– Assist with the preparation of consolidated cash flow models, projected earnings, and other special projects (/li((li( Review JV Financial statements and underlying support(/li((li( Assist with the compliance of Partnership agreements.(/li((li( Review loan draws, cash distributions, and budgets for investments(/li((li( Review weekly cash projections.
(/li((li( Review bank reconciliations.(br((/li((/ul((strong(Qualifications(br((/strong((ul((li( The ideal candidate will have 8+ years experience; Big 4 or Public Accounting firm and/or relevant industry experience is preferred.
