The Staff Accountant is vitally important to producing accurate, periodic and timely financial data to leadership.

This position will work onsite in our office located in Scottsdale.Salary range is anticipated to be $60,000
– $75,000 DOEReporting to our CPA credentialed Controller.Beyond recording typical financial transactions related to day to day business operations, we look to our Staff Accountant toPrepare journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and drive monthly close processesPerform monthly bank reconciliationsAssist in preparing financial statements, forecasts with projections and resultsTrain to be primary backup for the following roles: Payroll, Accounts Payables, and Accounts ReceivablesInspect account books for efficiency and accuracy; escalate concerns to leadershipReview monthly project projections with construction project managersAnalyze project projection monthly trendsRecommend ways to improve efficiencies and eliminate wastePrepare documentation for external auditorsOur ideal team member willHave earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting, a Master’s degree in Accounting would be a plusBe detail and accuracy driven as well as organized individualBe professional in internal and external communicationsBe focused on meeting established reporting deadlinesHave a comprehensive understanding of GAAPAgate Inc.
