We are looking for a Staff Accountant to join our fast growing tech company.
As an accountant at Casting Networks, you will be responsible to manage general accounting tasks including, but not limited to, AR, AP and general ledger posting.
A successful accountant will have experience in both clerical and administrative work and will support the accounting & finance team as needed.
This person needs to be detail-oriented and have working knowledge in processing accounting data on NetSuite.
Your position will play an important role to support month-end close on a timely manner and to ensure the company remains GAAP compliant.
*This is position is located at our Koreatown office.
Duties and Responsibilities
*Handle accounts receivable duties
*Handle accounts payable duties
*Reconcile accounts in a timely manner
*Daily entry of financial transactions in NetSuite
*Assist with month-end duties
*Support accounting and finance team
*Research, track, and resolve accounting problems
*Maintain accurate records consistent with US GAAP
*Additional ad-hoc projects
Job Requirements and Qualifications
*Proven accounting experience, especially AR and AP
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Strong problem solving skills
*Competency in NetSuite and MS Excel
*At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience
