The Finance Team includes Finance Business Partnership, Accounting, Finance Operations, Financial Systems, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations teams.

Together, the team partners with leadership to provide insights, information, and guidance to make strategic and operational decisions, inform investors about our business model and progress, and ensure the company is financially healthy and consistently meeting our reporting obligations.

 

We’re looking for a Sr.

Treasury Analyst to join the Finance Team!

You’ll collaborate with other groups within the Finance Team to help deliver critical financial outputs and analyses required to support our business. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Help build, improve, and maintain financial processes required as our company continues to scale rapidly and internationally

  • Perform daily corporate treasury operations and manage local and international banking operations to ensure liquidity requirements are met 

  • Maintain consolidated global cash flow forecast and legal-entity level cash forecasting.

    Create, maintain and publish global daily cash reports for our executive team

  • Manage the global bank account openings, services maintenance, and related documentations (including KYC requirements) and compliance filings.

    Play an active role in weekly meetings with our banking partners to ensure active projects are on track with internal goals.

  • Monitor investment compliance and ensure investments align with our Treasury investment policy and strategy

  • Partner with Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to execute capitalizations, intercompany loans, intercompany settlements, and other Treasury operations projects

 

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Solid knowledge and understanding of Treasury operations including banking/cash operations and cash management/forecasting

  • Investment management experience in managing money and monitoring investment manager’s performance

  • Accounting knowledge and understanding of GAAP of Treasury-related actions on the Company’s Financials

  • Critical thinking, problem solving skills and superior attention to detail

  • Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work under pressure, often in a deadline driven environment and ability to perform several tasks concurrently

  • Strong written and verbal communicator with a desire and ability to build relationships

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or relevant field, or equivalent years of experience

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant field

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle ERP
