You will ensure inter-company transactions are properly accounted for to support the accuracy of the company’s financial statements. You will collaborate on process improvement, recommendations and supporting our regional teams in IMEA, APJ and Europe.Location: Local to San Jose, CA bay area preferred. Open to candidates in PT or MT only.You will make an impact by being responsible for:* Coordinating monthly and quarterly close processes for all international subsidiaries* Reviewing monthly reporting package and reconciliation prepared by company’s external accountants, prepare and record necessary elimination entries and perform reconciliation of all intercompany balances* Preparing monthly global consolidations in a timely, accurate and complete manner* Ensuring that the Company’s international subsidiaries are operating within a SOX-compliant control framework, including detail review of journal entries and vendor payments* Establishing and maintaining procedures related to revaluation of foreign currency balances, non-USD currency translation and related adjustment* Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and financial statement flux analysis* Maintaining a thorough understanding of the international operations and effectively communicate updates and results* Ensuring that intercompany transactions are consistent with executed agreements, meet the requirements of the Company’s business and tax planning strategies, and are properly documented and entered onto each entity’s monthly accounting records* Working with Company’s external accounting partners to ensure compliance with local financial reporting requirements, including statutory audits* Promoting continuous process improvement in all areas of responsibility* Assisting with ad-hoc projects, as requiredYou will be a great fit if you have:* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance* 6+ years of accounting experience with significance experience in GL, financial consolidations and FX accounting* Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred* Experience in managing local accounting firms and statutory auditors* SOX implementation and maintenance experienceYou excel in these key competencies:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently* Detailed-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work* Advanced technical and Microsoft excel skills* Ability to multi-task and work in a fast growth environmentWhy Automation Anywhere?At our company each person brings their unique talents to work as a team and make a difference.As the leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), we provide a very compelling product where our teams are breaking new ground every day and given an environment to grow their skills and have fun along the way.
