Job Description.
ARG is partnered with a $10B AUM REIT in Downtown LA in search of a Senior Staff Accountant.
This is an amazing opportunity for someone with 0-5 years of experience in real estate accounting for funds, properties, and/or taxes.
Please note this is a blanket summary for positions ranging from Staff thru Senior level, depending on experience..

The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for the following:.
Maintain and review general ledger accounts multi investment entities.
Support and play a role in asset valuation process and modeling; capital calls and distribution notices.
cash flow projections, monitor and track debt covenants with lenders.
Bank Reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly consolidated financial statements.
Day-to-day representative for the Accounting department within the Company.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Support and manage tax returns to communicate with outside tax firm.
QUALIFICATIONS:.
Bachelor degree in in Accounting or Finance from a four-year college or university.
0-5 years of experience in commercial real estate.
