We are also retained to determine the fair market value and fair value of businesses in a variety of industries, as well as to value complex intellectual property.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The ideal candidate is a market leader located in a core U.S.
market where Valuation and Transaction Advisory is underrepresented (ideally Washington DC) who routinely serves as an expert in transaction disputes related to M matters, representation and warranty claims, damages, forensic accounting, GAAP accounting and/or lost profits, including/or specialized work such as serving as financial or accounting advisor to Trustees and Receivers or serving as a neutral accountant.
The ideal candidate will have a track record of generating substantial business independently.
The candidate must demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, emotional maturity, focus, organizational skills, and must be able to work independently on multiple conflicting priorities.
