Senior Grant Accountant Job

– Downtown Primary responsibilities include:
• Reviews grant & contract documents for financial reporting guidelines and budget compliance.

• Analyzes grant & contract related transactions recorded in the accounting system.

• Reviews, edits and transmits grant & contract related financial and expenditure reports and bills other government agencies/sponsors/grantors accordingly.

• Assists with the preparation of the Annual Financial Report.

• Prepares various schedules and filings with local, state, and federal agencies.

• Preparation of invoice/billings and collection of funds for the support of restricted grant & contract expenditures.

Requirements: EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in accounting, CPA preferred EXPERIENCE Three or more years of relevant experience with grant management.
