Senior Fund Accountant

Our client is a global alternative asset manager.

They are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their Los Angeles, CA office.

Responsibilities Liaise with internal resources, offshore resources, fund administrators, and auditors Coordinate with teams to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines Work with tax, operations, investor relations, financial reporting, and portfolio management Collaborate with operations and other groups in managing daily cash and position breaks Draft reporting to investors and internal constituents (portfolio managers, investor relations) Manage, review, and finalize daily NAV packages from the fund administrator Review NQ, NCSRS, and NCSR reporting for the funds as well as monthly NPORT reporting Provide quarterly SEC filing data to management and prepare compliance reporting Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and team-specific projects for process improvements Monitor fund expense payments, including management and shareholder service fees Requirements Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred 2 years of fund accounting experience Asset management industry background Public (Big 4 preferred) or combo accounting Bank debt experience is strongly preferred Organized, analytical and detail-oriented Advent Geneva experience preferred Skilled in PowerBI, Tableau, or similar CPA strongly preferred JobID: 61183
