What you need for this role:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 4+ years hands-on SFA experience
- Accounts Receivable background
- Real Estate or Property Management Industry experience strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- JD Edwards experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret lease agreements
- Knowledge of debit/credit balances
- Strong communication skills
What You’ll Do:
- Journal entry adjustments
- Heavy reconciliations
- Pulling and researching payment history
- Ability to handle multiple journals for multiple property locations
- Communicating with cash management team
- Communicating with property managers and/or tenants
