Parker Lynch has partnered with an international manufacturing client in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to play a lead role across the company and the department.
This individual is a vital team member who will need to partner with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment while concentrating on building relationships.
The compensation is commensurate to experience bonus and includes PTO, 401K plan, tuition reimbursement, flexible schedules, and comprehensive benefit plans.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Assist preparing an annual budget and quarterly forecasts for multiple divisions and entities
· Develop balance sheet and cash flow forecasting model and review results monthly in order to make continuous improvements to the model
· Participate in the month-end close process including variance analysis of expenses and gross margin reconciliation
· Key role in forecasting and monthly reporting
· Prepare and present monthly reporting packages for leadership team
· Prepare revenue reporting
· Ad-hoc requests as needed WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance required
· Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
· CPA highly preferred
· Public accounting background highly preferred
· Knowledge of ERP systems
· Highly skilled in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas in order to manipulate large amounts of data
