Our professional services client is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the firm Controller. The firm has grown to over 50 employees, and they need someone who can thrive in a rapid-growth environment with few processes in place. This is a great opportunity for a Senior Accountant to help build out the accounting department in a growing company and make an impact by setting up new processes and procedures.
Job Description
Assist with the month-end close process and reporting
Work with the Controller to develop new accounting processes
Perform variance analyses on financial results
Ensure adequate internal controls within the firm
Liaise with the outside CPA firm
Qualifications
Four-year degree in Accounting
4+ years of accounting experience
Professional services experience strongly preferred
Ability to succeed in an environment with few processes in place
