Reporting to our Vice President of Finance, we are looking for a versatile and high-performing Senior Director with strong analytical skills and proven leadership experience to join our growing Finance team, where you will play a critical role in providing business insights to measure progress on company performance and influence financial, strategic, and operational decision-making.

This position will influence the future of our company through strategic thinking and cross-business collaboration.

As the Senior Director, Finance, you will own budgeting, forecasting, and support the monthly financial review process for the entire organization (Subscription, E-Commerce, Sponsorship) and become the expert and go-to resource for providing an understanding of our member’s behavior and how that impacts our overall financial targets and cash flow.

You will also partner with the Operations team at our Fulfillment Center to drive healthy unit economics and contribution margin.

You will be a critical voice in constructing the narrative around our company’s growth by providing transparency and strategic insights into our multiple revenue streams.

What you’ll do:
Own all aspects of modeling and forecasting of our active subscriber base, revenue, and corresponding variable expenses for the Company by creating annual and forecasts, weekly updates, and rolling projections Conduct Seasonal Demand Forecast meetings with key executives (including the Co-CEOs) and internal stakeholders across Marketing, Merchandising and Product teams to provide real-time business updates, assess current season’s sell-out strategies, and determine future demand planning Own and maintain LTV models, as well as identify key insights, opportunities, and risks to customer LTV by regularly monitoring and analyzing relevant KPIs including CPA, retention metrics, subscriber purchasing behaviors, pricing impacts, contribution margin, etc.

Partner with Marketing, Product, Data and Operations leaders to provide data-driven, strategic business recommendations that directly impact revenue and subscriber growth, and Merchandising leaders to determine E-Commerce sales targets and approve inventory buys in partnership with the Treasury team Provide Executive Management and Board of Directors with transparent reporting of financial and business results, highlighting wins, significant assumptions, as well as risks and opportunities Drive continuous improvement and accuracy in revenue, subscriber, and cash flow forecasting processes by leveraging data, technology/systems, and cross-functional partners Partner with Data team to streamline Executive and cross-functional financial dashboards Build, mentor and grow a team that is viewed as thought partners to all levels across the company
What you’ll bring:
12+ years of relevant work experience in prior analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, strategic planning, etc.) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field is required (MBA a plus) Advanced proficiency with Excel with ability to create efficient, clean, complex financial models Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with a subscription business Familiarity with BI dashboards (e.g.

Tableau) Previous startup experience
