Our client is an Elite boutique and looking for 1st or 2nd year Associatse to join their LA office where you will be primarily be working on M&A transactions with deal values over $1billion.
Their LA office is relatively large and responsible for a number of successful transactions within the Technology space and its sub-verticals.
Headed by senior bankers with very strong pedigrees, their deal flow continues to grow and they remain active in the market for strong lateral hires.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience within the investment banking industry Experience with M&A is a must Experience in the Technology industry is a plus, but not required Strong financial modeling skills and valuation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Significant ties to the greater LA area
