Senior Accountant – Multifamily

We are currently seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions for our multifamily properties. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong working relationships with internal departments and external business partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with previous experience in the real estate industry preferred
CPA certification preferred
Knowledge of GAAP is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Manage all accounting functions for our multifamily properties
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports
Identify and address accounting and financial issues and discrepancies
Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks and projects
Review and analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management for improvements
Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures
Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis as needed.

The Details…

You will work full-time Monday through Friday at Corporate offices located in West Los Angeles.

Starting pay ranges from $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
