We have an immediate need for a Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This position is responsible for supporting the external reporting of the company. We are looking for someone who is experienced with SEC quarterly and annual filings. This individual will also provide accounting guidance and need have a strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS. Position will report to the assistant Controller and duties will include preparation of quarterly and annual reports, preparation of disclosure checklists, reviewing subsidiaries financial statements, review daily ledger and bank activities and more.
