Tarvos Talent is seeking a Senior Accountant for a publicly traded company here in Austin The Senior Accountant will work collaboratively across the organization and work closely with the Executive leadership team.
A team player who is driven, takes ownership and is self-motivated will excel in this role Responsibilities: Prepare and review aspects of monthly, quarterly, and year-end close in accordance with US GAAP, SEC guidelines and company policies Prepare key reports for Executive leadership Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with SOX Ad hoc projects and analysis Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA (If you do not have an active CPA, CPA track is required) 3 years of progressive accounting experience In depth knowledge of GAAP Advanced Excel skills Public accounting or public company experience preferred Email your resume to ebrowntarvostalent.com to be considered
