Position HighlightsVisible position with a direct impact on nursing center financial performance through management of nursing labor expense.Monitor nursing department schedule to ensure proper coverage for all nursing for all shifts and units.Assure appropriate levels of competent nursing staff are in place at the most economical cost and optimize schedules of nursing employees to meet budgeted position requirements.Identify open nursing positions and notify the Director of Nursing and recruiter of these vacanciesMonitor and track time, attendance and use of paid time off for nursing employees.Why Genesis?We provide career paths for our employees and develop them.
