Detailed Description:

The Account Executive reports to VP, Sales and is responsible for prospecting, consulting with, and qualifying prospective clients, owners and decision makers at small and medium size businesses. Under the direct supervision of the VP of Inside Sales, the AE is responsible for qualifying and generating new sales leads sourced through multiple sources, with the goal of managing a pipeline and closing new business. This team member has a positive, confident and dynamic personality, and superb written and verbal communication skills. This person will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets.

Remote?
Remote but within the US. Everyone is currently working remotely. After COVID they will adopt the hybrid model.

Skills & Experience

  • Comfortable in making cold and warm calls to highly targeted prospects
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Professional phone etiquette with a confident, friendly voice
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work effectively within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Motivated to consistently exceed expectations
  • Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office and Gmail, including Google Docs
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate well across teams
  • High energy and positive attitude
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Solid organizational skills, follow-up, and high attention to detail
  • Highly effective time management and planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints with composure
