About the job:
We are seeking a Music Royalty Manager/Bookkeeper & Office Manager to join our team! You will provide high-level administrative support for an Executive at our company. As this is a boutique firm, the ideal candidate will be comfortable ‘wearing many hats’ within a busy firm.
Responsibilities:
· Maneuver and update Quick Books Pro at an expert level
· Preparation of royalty statements, music publishing statements & master statements
· Manage client budgets
· Issue payments & AP
· Engage in music Royalties analysis
· Handle administrative needs of Executive
· Ad hoc tasks, as required
Qualifications:
· Expert level proficiency in QuickBooks Pro
· Highly proficient in Excel
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Strong attention to detail
· Good numerical skills
· Reliable with expert time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
