At ACERTUS, we are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support our Treasury department.Responsibilities:Monitor Positive Pay, Reverse Positive Pay, and ACH Filters for Fraud and to review all exceptions daily.Monitor T payments related to large customers for purposes of reimbursement from funds on deposit for those customers.
Forecasting of said reimbursements and/or providing detailed data to enable said forecast.Analyze AR balances by customer and due date to aid in Cash Flow Forecast.Monitor Bank account balancesCreate Payments and/or transfers, as needed, for claims and other activitiesAssist with any other Ad Hoc Treasury reporting as required.Backup to support of Treasury TeamAssist with Annual Cash Flow Budget process and period forecast updates.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred, but not requiredTransTitle experience preferred1-3 years in progressive accounting, financial and/or treasury analysis.Knowledge of finance, accounting, and cash management.Self-starter and results oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities, thrives in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of performing with a high degree of accuracy and meeting tight deadlinesAdvanced user in Excel requiredHands on experience working with NetSuite is preferred.
