We are seeking a Property Accountant in Century City, CA. This position is direct hire, paying $70,000-85,000, based on experience. The ideal candidate MUST HAVE YARDI Voyager experience, 3-5 years of property accounting experience. Ideally, this person will grow into a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Reconcile accounts and bank
- Analyze financial statements – income statements and balance sheets
- Perform month-end closed
- Prepare journal entries
- Track and calculate any loan payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field of study
- 3-5 years of experience working as a Property Accountant
- Experience with Accounting software – Yardi
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented
