A real estate agency located near downtown Los Angeles is seeking a Property Accountant to assist their financial team and Property Manager with any accounting issues.
The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of commercial real estate experience, be familiar with Yardi software, and have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

Duties/Tasks
Prepare invoices of security deposit refunds
Reconciliations and preparation of tenant account analysis if charges are disputed
Review the vouches submissions from accounts payable
Review the aging reports from accounts receivable of delinquencies or cash applications
Preparation of balance sheet for general ledger
Ensure the month’s past due charges and recurrent charges are correct
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Knowledgeable with Yardi
4 years of commercial real estate experience
Must be analytical and motivated to work
