Product Manager III, Treasury Management Solutions

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Product Manager III (“PM III”) for Treasury Management Solutions (TMS) is responsible for the delivery of all content related to business products and services which serve small to medium to corporate size business market segments.

The Content PM III is responsible for the development and oversight of a content management strategy and discipline across TMS, delivering procedures/controls and the required materials for the successful launch of products and services as well as communication of existing products and services to maximize returns.

The PM III works with bank stakeholders to continuously improve the content available for TMS product offering and servicing and will be responsible for content delivery platforms such as Walk Me and management of staff required to maintenance such platforms.

Treasury Management Solutions Division

As a member of City Nationals Treasury Management Solutions group, you will make a difference by delivering integrated technology solutions to help clients more efficiently manage their businesses and working capital.

This group drives and supports the banks cash management products and services that won City National four of its 11 Greenwich Excellence Awards in 2018.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Manages and develops external and internal content for existing and new products including user guide and training material.
  • Develop and oversee content strategy across all products and services.
  • Work closely with Product Team to understand product roadmap and to understand product changes and enhancements to ensure appropriate content is developed.
  • Ensure content development process is in place, establishing best practice, templates and standardizing workflow.
  • Define plans to design, develop, implement, and manage a variety of training resources and content management tools/applications.
  • Monitor training artifacts to ensure consistency & that they are up to date.
  • Lead content reviews and approvals to ensure consistency and quality of content
  • Manage deadlines for multiple projects plans with competing demands.
  • Conduct regular needs assessments and make recommendations to leadership on changes to resources.
  • Leverage data and analytics with eye toward continuous improvement
  • Provides regular reports on progress and status.
  • Proactively promote knowledge management resources and tools.
  • Facilitate a hand-off of the training content to the Knowledge Learning Professional, who will deploy and train the trainer for various TMS channels including Customer Service, Client Training, Sales, Technology and Operations etc.

    Additionally, will collaborate closely with the Knowledge Learning Professional, who is the thought leader on training artifacts and create content tailored for each channel.

  • Act as liaison for Knowledge Learning Professional and others as appropriate.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Must-Have*

  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing medium to large projects required.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • Additional experience in product management, project management, financial management and/or vendor management
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s Degree in Business preferred)
  • 3 or more years of Financial Services industry experience with a strong working knowledge of Treasury Management services and products
  • Preferred candidate will be skilled in matrix and project management, macro and micro level thinking and analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering concurrent projects as part of a cross-functional team in a flat organization.
  • Must be able to work in a self-directed and disciplined fashion with a broad spectrum of collaboration from different teams with a customer focus
  • Must have strong commitment to quality assurance and quality control.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Must possess excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
  • Must have ability to communicate at a strategic level with senior management
  • Extensive Treasury Management service and product with desire to maintain knowledge through industry networking, constant research and understanding of products.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, analytical, planning, and scheduling skills.
