Direct Hire Position – You will work remotely during COVID restrictions. You will be provided with your laptop, all the tools you need, and Company IT assistance You will also receive $50/month towards your home internet expenses.
A short snapshot of what you do:
- Multi-Family real estate property management accounting duties
- Financial Reporting (for various management companies)
- Month-end close
- Review financial statements for multiple properties
- Construction Draw preparations to various lenders
Your Background/Experience/Education/Skills:
- BA/BA accounting degree or similar discipline
- 5+ years’ or current/very recent MULTI-FAMILY Unit real estate accounting experience.
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP Accounting
- Ability to work with minimum supervision (this is a remote position)
