Growing real estate development company in West Los Angeles is looking for a Project Accountant to join their team.
You must have 3+ years of job costing and budgeting experience for development projects in the commercial, residential, and/or hospitality industry.
In this role you will serve as the liaison between accounting, finance, and project teams.
You will be responsible for project billing process, verifying and recording project costs, monthly cash flow projections and reporting, contract administration, loan document review and the appropriate documentation of all lender proposals and funding disbursements, maintaining all vendor files and contracts and other duties as assigned.
