GAAPCPA highly desirableA self-starter with a solid understanding accounting processesAbility to review general ledger detail and make accurate assessments on account activityRecent hands on experience performing month end close including maintaining complex schedules, booking journal entries, and performing general ledger/subledger reconciliationsExperience preparing year-end audit quality financials (including footnotes) from working in public accounting, or financial reporting / corporate accounting departmentsAbility to develop schedules from scratch for new processes or business transactionsExperience performing accounting research and interpreting authoritative guidanceAdvanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, vlookup, if, sumif)Skilled at performing data analysis and reconciliation across multiple sourcesBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administrationGreat Plains experience desirableThis position is located on the Westside of Los Angeles.Pay: $48.00 per hour
