Real Estate Company in Beverly Hills is in search of a Senior Accountant.
The Senior Accountant will handle full cycle accounting activities for a portfolio of investment properties including: assisting with partnership distributions and preparing investor reports; preparing financial schedules; general ledger analysis; review of accounts to ensure accuracy; month and year end close; CAM reconciliations; assisting with budgeting and cash flow analysis; maintaining fixed assets; and providing support for internal audits.We are looking for individuals with a BA/BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, a minimum of 3 years accounting experience, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel in addition to experience with Yardi Voyager or MRI.Salary $70,000 to $75,000Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Accounting in Real Estate Environment: 3 years (Required)Education:Bachelor’s (Required)Location:Los Angeles, CA (Required)
