Job Description: This position is responsible for maintaining client’s (Canada) leased sites, specifically focused on year-end CAM/Tax Reconciliations.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to:Reviewing leases for designated locations ensuring the proper base rent, percentage rent, CAM and Tax payments are processed monthly according to the lease.Perform landlord CAM and Tax reconciliations and account analysis.Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.Perform monthly P&L review of lease expense and analyzing projection vs.
