Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience within the investment banking industry
- Experience with M&A product and related work
- Experience in the Technology industry is preferred, but not required
- Strong financial modeling skills and valuation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Series licensing or must obtain
