This company just went through an IPO last month so this is a newly created role – you will get to build their financial reporting processes from the ground up Plus, in typical small-company fashion, you will get to wear a ton of hats – financial reporting, technical accounting, sales analytics, etc.

My ideal candidate is a motivated, quick learner who is looking to make an impact on a fast growing organization Please reach out if you are interested in learning more – CRabonskywatersearch.com | 952.767.9025 Responsibilities Drive the SEC reporting process, including developing processes, templates and controls needed to prepare timely and accurate financial reporting Manage the preparation of all financial and non-financial information included in filings on Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and Proxy filings Perform technical accounting research and monitor FASB and SEC developments to identify potential impacts Collaborate with controllership team and external auditors for financial statement reviews Other ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 3 years of progressive accounting experience with exposure to financial reporting CPA and/ or public accounting preferred Strong GAAP knowledge Excellent written and communication skills
