nn nn n nn nn FP&A MANAGER DUTIES nn nn Finance Analysis & Reporting nn Deliver annual/quarterly/monthly reporting & forecasts, Operating Expenses (OPEX), and Capital Expenses (CAPEX) budgets Analyze budget variances between actual and forecasted figures Present budgets before senior management Prepare Board deck Design/build models on new business opportunities Participate in M&A activities nn Sales Analysis nn Measure Rate of Investment (ROI) for each product Derive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the company’s revenue and cost bases (product churn, customer retention, customer lifetime value and acquisition cost, and monthly recurring revenue) Generate reports of KPI’s for Management nn Inventory Analysis nn Create detailed analysis on product, packaging, shipping, payment processing, and warehousing costs Analyze all new product launches with a focus on COGS and Gross Margin Assist with preparation of reports and analyses necessary for the month-end close, including assessment of overall balance, analysis of deferred margin in relation to inventory on hand, impact of exchange, etc.
Assist with preparation of slide-decks for management reporting, which include various analyses on inventory composition by brand, by production stage and by location nn Miscellaneous nn Accept other ad hoc duties as needed nn n nn nn FP&A MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS nn nn Required nn Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or Business Administration with an Accounting focus Extensive modeling experience Current or prior employment at subscription-based or E-Commerce company nn Preferred nn MBA or CPA Mix of startup and mid-large company background Current or prior employment at a Consumer Products Goods (CPG) company nn nn nn FP&A MANAGER SKILLS nn nn Required nn nn Technical nn Expert-Level proficiency in Microsoft Excel Financial Planning tools nn Preferred nn nn Technical nn BI dashboards Prior experience with NetSuite and SQL nn nn nn For further information, submit your resume in MS Word format to me.
