Venice Family Clinic is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

In this role, you will drive budgeting and forecasting processes, performance measurement, decision support and business intelligence for this growing organization, with approximately$85MM in revenue.

You will oversee the financial analytics function helping to support the decision making process by providing timely root cause analyses and forecasting.

As our FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and preparing forecasts, budgets and long range plans.

Your responsibilities will include pro-forma P&Ls, operating budgets, performance metrics, allocation methodology, personnel analytics and position number assignments, variance analyses, GL detail and investigation, State and Federal cost report preparation, analysis and integration of third party Medi-Cal and Medicare billing data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
– Preferred
CPA or MBA preferred
Capable of investigative and analytical research
– Required.
Expert-level analytical and financial modeling skills
– Required.
Self-directed, deadline-driven, collaborative professional
– Required.
Great presentation skills
– Required.
8+ years of progressively responsible experience working in a financial planning and analysis organization focused on budgeting, general accounting, and financial analysis.

At least 3 years in a supervisory role
– Required.
Knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies -Preferred
Excellent time management and organizational ability
– Required.
Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural, inclusive environment
– Required.
Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
– Required.
Experience with Blackbaud Financial Edge, MIP, Sage or other accounting software
– Preferred
Experience with NextGen Electronic Medical Record system a plus
– Preferred
