Currently, we have a lean and super fun team of about 75 people and are looking to expand.

Skills/Responsibilities:
Generate recurring financial reporting, analysis and key metrics for leadership
Assist in the month-end financial close process to ensure the accuracy and completeness of our financial results
Analyze and report on financial statement and key metric variances to forecast, budget and prior periods through insightful commentary
Own, operate and implement improvements to our forecast models and cloud-based planning tool
Contribute to the mid-month, quarterly and annual forecast process
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing reporting efficiencies
Partner with stakeholders on ad-hoc analysis and reporting
Requirements:
2+ years in financial planning and analysis
Bachelors in finance, accounting, economics, or related quantitative field is preferred
Advanced Excel knowledge required
Advanced QuickBooks knowledge required
Understand fundamentals of accounting
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, startup culture
Highly analytical skills
Strong attention to detail, passion for processes, systems and data analysis
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
