As a team, we continually embrace our core values:Passion: We love helping others succeed.Excellence: We strive to be the best.Adaptability: We learn, in part by trying new ideas.Accountability: We own our results.Integrity: We do the right thing.What You’ll Do:Reporting to the Financial Aid Director, your main responsibility will be assisting Arizona College students in all aspects of the financial aid process and to help ensure the school receives financial aid funds in a timely fashion.The Day-to-Day:Counseling students in order to determine their eligibility for Title IV funding, institutional loans, agency assistance, scholarships, and Federal Work StudyAnswering questions and providing continued support to students throughout the financial aid process via a variety of communication methodsSupporting the success of continuing and new students by helping them understand and overcome personal, social, and behavioral problems affecting their educational or vocational situationsResponsible for meeting assigned productivity goalsThis overview represents major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of the position, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
