This role will report into the Head of Marketing.

As a Demand Generation Marketing Director you will be the tip of the spear for our go-to-market strategy.

You will be responsible for leading all aspects of B2B Demand Generation, including strategy, reporting, analysis, and execution.

Ultimately, you’ll be expected to drive SMB leads at an aggressive pace to supercharge our growing network of merchant partners.

Job Description:
Build the end-to-end strategy for targeted B2B lead generation and nurture campaigns.

Execute effective lead generation strategies across inbound and outbound channels including SEM/PPC, programmatic advertising, P2P referral program, influencer marketing, direct mail, events, social advertising and paid email marketing.

Maniacally chase quality leads to ensure we meet aggressive merchant acquisition growth goals.

Develop monthly and quarterly multi-channel program plans that will ensure we hit our goals.

Engineer and automate workflows from lead capture, to nurture, to close.

Build a real-time reporting system and attribution model for understanding the effectiveness of media spend.

Work closely with sales to develop content and tools to increase the probability to close deals.

Generate compelling insights and engaging marketing content.

Forecast and manage demand gen marketing budgets based on sales goals.

Experience / Skills Required:
10+ years working in B2B lead generation.

Proven ability to generate small business leads.

Working knowledge of inbound and outbound channels (Digital, Web, Content, Email, Events).

Ability to interface confidently with executive team members and sales leadership.

Demonstrated success with end-to-end campaign design, rollout, and project management.

Highly analytical with experience building B2B marketing attribution models.

Experience with Iterable, Instapage, Google Advertising, Facebook Advertising, LinkedIn Advertising, AdRoll, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and more.

Nice to have: experience in Fintech, experience in the Dental Industry, experience in the Optical Industry.

The Role

Sunbit is looking for a Compliance Manager to join its growing Compliance Department in Los Angeles.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the key aspects of the Company’s Compliance Program, specifically in the areas of Risk Assessment, Licensing, Compliance Monitoring, Data Furnishing and many others.

The right candidate will have the ability to further expand the scope of his or her role.

You will help support multiple innovative consumer credit products.

Your job will be to effectively partner with the legal team and various business units to ensure further development, expansion and implementation of the Company’s Compliance Management Program.

Responsibilities
Implement, operate and oversee Sunbit’s compliance monitoring program Own compliance risk assessment; Establish and continuously improve a consistent operating framework for the identification, management, monitoring and reporting of compliance risks and issues.

Manage data furnishing-related disputes Help manage our Complaint Management Program Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously Prepare formal reporting to management and the Board of Directors and to external bank partners In cooperation with the legal and training departments ensure delivery of required regulatory training of the employees and external partners Work on further expanding vendor management policies and procedures Take on additional projects and duties as needed.
