Supports Alliant’s growing employee resource group (ERG) leaders and key objectives to ensure the DE department has the support needed to advance Alliant’s DE strategy across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinates calendars, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders to coordinate a variety of complex meetings across different US time zones.

Provides administrative support of the DE inbox, reviews and handles, or routes all incoming inquiries to the correct individual or team; responds professionally in all outgoing communications (phone, email, etc.) on behalf of the DE team.

Prepares draft correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets as assigned.

Engages in notetaking and filing emails/documents in the DE drive.

Supports Alliant’s ERG leaders, following the DE department process maps and providing additional assistance as needed.

Supports Alliant’s foundation and board leadership on an administrative level, as needed.

Handles on-going projects and tasks, such as invoice and expense processing for the DE department and ERGs.

Assists the DE Coordinator and team with program/project coordination, working with various other stakeholders and departments as needed.

Coordinates travel for the DE department as needed.

Analyzes the diversity demographic data and creates pivot tables as needed for the DE leadership’s review.

Assists with client DE RFP and third-party market survey completion.

Complies with Alliant’s system data standards and data integrity (enters and maintains complete and accurate information).

Helps streamline existing processes.
