Responsibilities :
Assist the engagement teams with the evaluation of the calculated fair value for a variety of circumstances, including, but not limited to the following:
Beneficial Conversion Features
Derivatives
Private Company Securities/Equity offerings
ESOP
Buy/Sell agreements
Purchase Price Allocations
ASC 350 & 360 impairment analyses
Valuations of tangible and intangible assets, including but not limited to
Customer lists
Management contracts
Lease agreements
Trademarks
Building, property and equipment
Real Estate
Contingent purchase price/earn-out provisions
Contingent liabilities
Qualifications:
BS/BA Finance (preferred), Accounting or Economics
Certifications: CVA, ASA, CFA, CM & A
CPA a plus
Minimum of 8-10 years strategic business consulting, valuation, and/or investment banking experience in corporate finance
Expertise in financial analysis, specifically valuation analysis, economic analysis, trend analysis, discount cash flow analysis and complex financial modeling
Experience with valuation models
