What We Seek:
WattE is looking for a Director of Finance with 5+ years of experience in all aspects of accounting, treasury, financial analysis and modeling, and cap-table management.
What You Will Do:
Primary day-to-day responsibilities of this position include planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the company:
Partner with the leadership team on business strategy Work closely with and support the CEO in fund-raising activities Design and implement effective systems, reports, and models to measure and monitor the Company’s performance Prepare, analyze and present monthly financial reports to the leadership team Actively manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations Oversee Company’s payroll and benefits programs
What You Must Bring:
5+ years of accounting and/or finance experience Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MAc preferred Expert level in Microsoft Excel Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-moving fluid environment including concurrently managing multiple projects & stakeholders Audit experience preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
