Accounting & Finance Manager

OneLegacy, the non-profit organ and tissue recovery organization serving the seven counties of the greater Los Angeles area, has an immediate opening for a Full Time Accounting & Finance Manager in the Los Angeles office.

Position Description: The Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting.

This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.

The Accounting & Finance Manager supervises assigned staff and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.
This position addresses tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, and year end audit preparation.

The Accounting & Finance Manager will interact with VP’s, Department Heads and Supervisors, which requires strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications: BA/BS in Business or BBA with an emphasis in Accounting required.

Active CPA Licence required.
Minimum of five years of experience in a related position required.

A current California driver’s license, auto insurance in accordance with OneLegacy policy and reliable automotive transportation is required.
