Job Description The Customer Service Representative II is responsible for coordinating all aspects of service to their assigned customer base in Georgia and South Carolina.
Tasks include responding timely and accurately to customer inquiries and scheduling services with interdepartmental teams.
Requires excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Team member must be able to work under pressure.
Responsible for managing and identifying customers’ needs while responding to a high volume of communication via email and telephone while navigating multiple systems to take appropriate action for resolution.
Conduct research and work cross functionally to resolve or escalate problems.
Actively manage multiple customers assigned to the team member’s queue including communications and logistical activities as they relate to the specific customer service.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to assign tasks to the correct departments.
Provide feedback to management on ways to increase efficiencies and the effectiveness of servicing customers’ needs.
Maintain thorough and updated customer records.
Regularly review, analyze, and prepare reports on the status of customers’ orders Responsible for all case management tied to the team member’s assigned accounts.
Conduct proactive calls to ensure ongoing communication with existing customers.
Regular contact with all levels of interdepartmental personnel, including billing, collections, sales, drivers, transportation facilities, and information services.
Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications Basic Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED with 5 years of work experience in an account management or customer service role specifically in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, familiarly with Excel Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
