We are seeking a Credit Executive who is responsible for management and oversight of the 1st Century Bank’s loan portfolio on a continuing basis in order to prevent or ameliorate loan losses. Oversee approval process and assure compliance with loan policy/programs, state and/or federal regulations. Additional responsibilities include maximizing portfolio growth and profitability through effective product planning, development and implementation of lending strategies, training and coaching of loan team managers and ensuring the overall soundness of the loan portfolio. Assist the MidFirst Bank’s Chief Credit Officer (CCO) in managing all of the 1st Century Bank’s (1CB) credit functions including Commercial Real Estate, Construction Lending, Private Banking, C&I Lending, Small Business Administration Lending and others as designated.
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
* 15 plus years of bank lending/credit experience.
* Thorough knowledge of commercial and real estate lending procedures, practices, documentation, and legal and regulatory requirements.
* Thorough knowledge of financial statement, business, industry and economic analysis.
* Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
* Entertainment lending experience a plus.
