Los Angeles Controller Overview:
The Los Angeles Controller will primarily be focusing on leading the accounting team and assisting with all aspects of the accounting and finance department.
The Los Angeles Controller will be responsible for all aspects of financial and management accounting including the preparation of the annual statutory reports, preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, preparation and presentation of budgets and compliance with accounting standards and with taxation obligations.
Other duties for the Controller include managing key projects, developing and maintaining a robust accounting framework and overall finance processes, and overseeing the preparation of fortnightly payroll.

The Controller will oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, together with analysis of trends and rolling quarterly re-forecasts.

Controller (Los Angeles Area) Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business/finance.
CPA, CMA or public accounting experience.
Minimum of 10 years of accounting/financial analysis experience.
Agricultural background preferred with forage sector experience.
At least two years in managing teams or leading projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00
– $110,000.00 per year
