Abundance Capital is looking to add a talented Commercial Real Estate Financial Analyst to our team in West Los Angeles.
The candidate must possess an extremely high-level commitment to excellence, client service and the utmost integrity, while being an individual who is a self-starter and a problem solver.
The position of Financial Analyst is critical to the team as we seek to add value to our clients throughout the entire financing advisory process.
The Analyst will work closely with our senior underwriting and originations team to evaluate and underwrite a diverse set of real estate financing opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Analyze real estate financial statements and data
Analyze and summarize historical property operations and model various proforma scenarios
Underwrite all property types under various financing scenarios for a variety of loan programs
Research and prepare analysis of markets across the US (supply, economy, trends, etc.)
Facilitate and review third party reports to minimize closing hurdles during lender due diligence
Create debt quotes, marketing packages, and proposals
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and manage deal flow
Develop and maintain relationships with lenders
Work with lenders through their deal evaluation process (discuss the underwriting and deal intricacies, address concerns and mitigants, attend site visits, etc.)

Requirements:
BA or BS Degree
Finance and/or Real Estate Underwriting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Real estate experience preferred
Excellent team player, problem solver, and critical thinker
