Certified Financial Planner

The GoalPath Financial Coach will act as a success manager for the overall program and to the employees served by GoalPath Solutions.

Essential Functions

Financial Coach
Become an expert user of the GoalPath Financial Wellness platform Be prepared to deliver in-person/virtual group launch and general education meetings Provide financial coaching to eligible employees daily via virtual meetings utilizing the GoalPath Financial Wellness platform Act as the primary point of contact for all GoalPath participant inquiries

New Business Development
Develop and administer a “Welcome In” Program for each newly eligible company employee Directly contact each newly eligible employee to explain the benefits of the program and encourage engagement Develop and administer a program to retain assets of terminated participants Directly contact each terminated participant to explain their options Identify individuals that may need help with outside assets (IRAs, brokerage accounts, spousal assets, etc.) Regularly contact these individuals and maintain a pipeline of opportunities Identify financial planning referrals and connect those individuals with the local financial advisor Act in a fiduciary capacity when discussing new business or existing business with company employees

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Enjoy interacting with people and serving others Financial planning experience required Business development experience required 3 to 5 years of experience in the financial services industry Bachelor’s Degree Ability to obtain and maintain a Series 65 or equivalent license CFP® designation required Spanish speaking a plus Able to identify, own, and solve problems Ability to manage projects to completion Social media experience preferred
