About The RoleThis position is a new role at C2FO and that will be integral in launching and maintaining C2FO’s B2B card program.
This is the first card program C2FO is bringing to market so development and implementation of all operational processes will be at the hands of the operations team.
C2FO is looking for someone with considerable experience in BSA, AML and card operations specifically managing the relationship with our issuing bank.
B2B experience is a big plus.What does the Card Operations Manager / Senior Manager Bank Relationship do?The Card Operations team will be solely responsible for implementing and maintaining all operational items related to C2FO’s card program.
You thrive in a team environment, take ownership of projects to ensure speed and quality of execution and operational performance is reported and analyzed for continuous learning and program refinement.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesBe the primary point of contact with our issuing bank and ensure that we are compliant with all the bank policiesBSA / AML officer for the Card program.
At least 2 years of experience managing BSA / AML at a financial institution.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create policies, procedures and integrations around KYB, KYC, AML and other regulatory issuesServe as lead for fraud and transaction monitoring; directs day-to-day operations of the fraud detection areas to ensure alignment with compliance policies and proceduresManages internal and external third-party service providers with rigorous focus on performance indicators, service level expectations, regulatory compliance, and risk management.Partners, collaborates, and influences effectively across the business to ensure business lines, product development, and business partners are considering compliance and risk implications.Collaborates with industry partners and peers to identify new risk management strategies and technologies, discusses risk management trends and effective mitigation tactics.Aligns compliance and risk practices with business processes to mitigate adverse impacts to customers.Maintain knowledge of credit/prepaid card regulatory compliance and reporting with state and federal laws and the issuer bank’ s policies and proceduresRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred4+ years working in comparable operations roles with increasing responsibility at program manager on Visa or Mastercard platform2+ year of experience in BSA / AMLExperience in B2B space preferredJob Related ExperienceCurrent or previously held position as BSA / AML / Operations Manager for a card programDemonstrated highly organized project management skillsFintech experience preferredImpeccable written communication skillsPowerPoint and Microsoft Office fluencyAdditional Skills/KnowledgeIndependent, proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for client experienceCreative, resourceful, detail oriented, with a results driven ability to independently oversee multiple projects simultaneouslyComfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with the discipline to adhere to corporate governance and global brand standardsExceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships in a team environmentC2FO Company DescriptionC2FO is a global financial technology company that provides convenient, cost-effective access to working capital that businesses of all sizes need to thrive.
