Partnerships Sales Manager – eCommerce, Financial Services, Accounting or Real Estate

We’re looking for an Partnerships Manager to join our North American team to help grow our eCommerce, Financial Services, Accounting or Real Estate proposition through channel and direct sales.

You have ideally been working in business development within the cross-border payments field or eCommerce and excel in understanding how these partnerships operate.

You will be given the platform, direction and products to be successful, but you will also bring our own contacts and ideas to the role.

You will have responsibility to grow a funnel through both partnership channels and direct sales.

KEY RESPONSIBITLITES
Identify and sell to partners that have a with a complementary value proposition Examples of such would be marketplaces, payment gateways and eCommerce accounting firms Source and sell to SMB’s engaged in cross border eCommerce, Financial Services, Accounting or Real Estate that either you or the business have identified as potentially needing the services of OFX.

Prepare marketing proposals to suit the needs/wants/structure of each potential alliance Strategically grow your sales pipeline to ensure continued success.

Work with the marketing team to ensure that all partners have the tools they need to sell our service and are comfortable with the service we are providing.

Communicate the technical details of our value proposition in a correct, simple and effective manner Take initiative to assist and collaborate with other team members to reach your collective goals Contribute to the continuous improvement ethos of the US sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 – 5 years sales experience in FX, payments, financial services and/or eCommerce.

Affiliate or strategic partnership sales experience preferred.

Comfortable working in Salesforce.

Proficient in all Microsoft office programs.

Strong attention to detail and lateral thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills including ability to communicate technical details High levels of self-motivation and desire for self-improvement.
