Bilingual Financial Manager

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and participate in the budgeting and accounting activities across several locations.

• Manage daily accounting operations, including vendor invoices review and daily payment, accounting of income and RSU/stock options treatment, etc.

• Review monthly & yearly report ensure to meet all deadlines and internal/external reporting requirement; review Bank Reconciliation statements on a monthly basis.

• Oversee all aspects of the budgeting, forecasting
– ensure accuracy and predictability of results and key metrics.

• Provide financial analysis and all kinds of financial data to management.

• Be responsible for Statutory Compliances and Tax Compliance, coordinate with external consultants and auditors.

• Coordinate with other functional colleagues in planning and developing financial and regulatory policies.

• Any other Finance work as the case may be.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Finance or equivalent practical experience, MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

• Good knowledge of both accounting and taxation, relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy or similar environment preferred.

• Experience in the tech industry.

• Strong problem solving ability combined with impeccable business judgment and ability to communicate clearly and influence leadership teams.

• Bilingual required (Chinese & English).
