SR. BANKING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST CONTRACT REMOTE This position is responsible for conducting day to day support of the City National Online Enrollment team. Key responsibilities include the following City National Online Enrollment and Authentication, Online Account Creation, Online Banking Profile Maintenance, Online Money Movement Maintenance (Zelle, Wire Transfers, InternalExternal Transfers Payments). Colleague will represent the department to both internal and external clients in response to inquiries and requests Responsible for performing the following day to day processes including processing related to City National Online Enrollment and Authentication, Online Account Creation, Online Banking Profile Maintenance, Online Money Movement Maintenance (Zelle, Wire Transfers, InternalExternal Transfers Payments) Responsible for detection of suspected fraudulent activity using sound judgment, bank resourcestools, and following appropriate authentication procedures. Immediate escalation of fraud to Team LeadManager is required. Performs background checks and authentication on new account applications submitted via the online channel. Reports any suspicious activity to Corporate Security. Works with Team LeadManager to suggest product process improvements Conducts testing of new features, processes, and enhancements. Reports findings to appropriate support teams. Generates, analyzes, and compiles reports to assist in daily processing of requests. Processes work with minimal errors and omissions. Provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients by providing accurate and concise information. Make wise informed decisions within the guidelines of bank policy, department procedures and check requirements for negotiability. Provide feedback and update supervisor regarding trends observed while working queues or reviewing reports. Ability to complete assigned duties timely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
