The Assent Aeronautics Family is growing and seeking Full-Time Associate Aircraft Brokers responsible for Sales and Business Development.
Role Expectations The Associate Aircraft Broker is expected to: Call and email prospective sellers no less than 10 hours per week utilizing Assent Aeronautics’ call scripts, email templates, and corresponding Training/Program Manual.
Prospective sellers may own variety of aircraft including but not limited to single and twin-engine pistons, turboprops, turbine aircraft, and rotor-craft.
Associates are given great flexibility with minimal oversight when the Associate has proven that he/she is capable of generating leads and revenue consistently.
Contact clients in a way that reflects the core values of Assent, meaning the employee will conduct business with respect, honesty, and integrity, and set the standard for how the private aviation industry should run.
Work in a manner that maximizes the safety of all flight operations for our company and our clients, and in accordance with the Federal Air Regulations.
Grow Assent’s client base through strategic outreach programs: (a) Auction Sales Listings/Acquisitions, (b) Maintenance/Management/Flight Ops Support Take extreme ownership of his/her own role.
Skills & Qualifications Passionate and driven to succeed in the Private Aviation Industry Aviation background preferred Bachelor’s Degree preferred At least two years of results-driven sales experience preferred Hard-working and persistent, able to put forth effort to achieve and surpass on-target earnings goals Self-motivated and open to being coached and constantly learning Benefits & Perks Full support for remote work during COVID-19 Ability to earn at least $2,000 per month or more Ability to earn commission on all aircraft sold Intent to hire on full-time with full benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K Assent Aeronautics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
